6 Off the Shoulder Tops You Need Right Now

When off the shoulder tops came in style last year, I assumed they would just be around for the summer and fall. Little did I know, however, that I would continue to wear them for the rest of 2016 and still obsess over them in 2017! In fact, I feel like they're getting even more popular as time goes on... everywhere I look I seem to see bloggers, celebrities and even girls in my sorority wearing them.
