Eating from a meal plan seems like it would be great, but after a while, you get really tired of having the same thing over and over. It seems like everyone at IU lives off of yogurt parfaits, burrito bowls and smoothies, which, don't get me wrong, are really yummy most of the time. However, after eating them very frequently for a few months straight, you start to crave real food! I was taking a little study break a few days ago and found myself buried deep in Pinterest food boards mentally making a list of things I couldn't wait to eat when I'm home. I plan to cook a ton when I'm back because I don't have a kitchen at school, so I thought it might be fun to share what recipes I want to make when I leave school (this Friday!!).
