Highlights of Sammy's Trip to MKE

Rather than do an entire recap of the four and a half days Sammy was in Milwaukee, I thought I would highlight some of the fun things we did together! Whenever I visit her in LA, we always only have 24 hours together so we jam a bunch of things in the short amount of time. When we had almost 5 days together, though, it was really nice being able to sleep in, blog and relax a little bit! 

{We indulged in lots of brunch, including eggs and fruit at the cutest little cafe before a day of shopping.}

{We went out to my favorite Mexican restaurant with my brother.}

{I finally got to take her to my favorite carmel apple candy kitchen by the shop I work at!}

{Sammy got to try her first cheese curds (a Wisco must) at Bastille Days downtown.}

{We had dinner with Fran at one of our favorite outdoor restaurants on the East Side.}

{More cheese curds, obvi.}

{A healthier dinner before ice cream that night.}

{Sammy's first concrete mixer from Culvers, another Wisconsin favorite!}

{And an awesome brunch with my mom and Fran's mom before lots of blogging and Sammy's departure!}

We basically ate our way through Milwaukee which wasn't too shabby of a way to spend our time together :)
