My skin has been out of control lately. I was spoiled throughout most of my life to very rarely have zits, redness or under eye bags, however these past few months my skin seems to never clear up. I don't know whether it's a lack of sleep (which I'm finally starting to get better about), eating habits, etc, but I definitely need to make some changes to make sure this doesn't continue! I came across this skin guide on Pinterest the other day and had to share it with you all - I never thought to do some of these things so frequently (ie. face mask and cleaning your phone screen). Whether you break out often, always have clear skin or anywhere in between, this guide is important to keep in mind to make sure you have healthy, happy skin!
