Happy Friday! I'm currently writing this as I am sitting in bed having an allergic reaction to what I think was caused by an apple I just ate (aka one of my favorite fruits that I'm not wanting to stop eating). My brother has a ton of food allergies so I'm used to the whole ordeal, but it's never really happened to me and I must say, it's pretty freaky! Anyway, onto my week (and a little bit of winter break too).
If you read this post, then you know I've been on a sort of cleanse for a few days. Well, my friend (hi Kat) and I decided to extend it for 2 weeks now and have gotten super into it. We've stopped craving chocolate and are surprisingly kind of enjoying eating more nutritiously!
Maybe it's the fact that it rained yesterday and made a lot of the snow disappear or that I'm experiencing a lot of senioritis, but I'm so, so excited to head somewhere warm for Spring Break (and to see Sammy of course!). Just give me a little sunshine and I'd be such a happy camper.
On the flip side, this winter break I had so much fun spending time outside since it wasn't as cold as it usually is. I went sledding on the second to last day and really wished I would have taken advantage of the final days when we got snow.
This weekend, I'm excited for some fun plans with friends (our last back to school dance of high school is tonight!), catching up with my friends who are in college now and getting in some extra r&r that I missed out on these past few nights.
