3 Quick Study Breaks + Exam Tips

One topic that I thought would be very applicable to high school and college girls right now is exams (whether you want to talk about it or not :). Some schools don't have their finals until after winter break, but like me, I know many people who have them within the next few days. That being said, below I have included a link to a post I wrote last year with all my tips for preparing to ace your finals, plus my 3 quick study breaks for when you need a breather!

Now onto my 3 quick study breaks....

+ take a bubble bath
Nothing de-stresses me quite like a bath with my favorite scent of soap. I love putting my hair in a top knot and enjoying a youtube video or two.

+ make a smoothie
Something refreshing and healthy is always great to have after studying for long hours. Here is my go to berry smoothie recipe! 

+ get moving 
Ok, not everyone wants to exercise in between study sessions, but a) it will give you energy and b) it will make sitting at your desk seem a lot more appealing!

My posts might be a little scattered within the next few days because, as you can imagine, junior year is kind of kicking my butt.

  1. Good luck!! I have my exams in mid-January, but I so agree with you about junior year especially with every test being this week :( You'll do great though!
