Dorm Room Workout


I've gotten a couple different requests for a quick workout for when you don't have enough time to go to the gym but still want to get in a little cardio. This is also great for those college girls out there who need something to be able to do without equipment in a small dorm room. Repeat this simple workout 2-3x for the best results and be prepared to get your blood flowing! I know for me, I'll be doing this as a quick study break on nights when I'm absolutely swamped.
