Kids, thank the lord it is Friday. Even though I only had my first 3 days of school, this week seemed endless (in both a good and bad way!). I am officially a junior and while it is amazing to finally be an upperclassman, the responsibilities of homework, college research and sports is absolutely terrifying. The homework kicked in right away which was pretty unfortunate but it was so great to see everyone again!

The only reason I don't mind getting up everyday (besides seeing my friends and the fact that I sort of have to go to school) is because of my fabulous new school supplies like this pencil case. Let me know if you're interested in seeing a post dedicated specifically what I'm using because I've gotten it down to a science ;)

Fran and I don't get to see each other that much during the school year since we go to different schools, but yesterday she was at mine for field hockey so we thankfully managed to bump into each other (even if the only way we chatted was through the fence during my tennis match!). And for those who have asked, yes we are besties in real life too!

Oh. My. Gosh. This planner is seriously the bomb.com. If you're looking for an in depth look at how I organize it, be sure to check out this post!

Oh gosh, as much as I'm liking school, I can't help but look at pictures from my summer adventures. Luckily we have one last hurrah this weekend since it's Labor Day and therefore a three day weekend! I hope you all enjoy yours before school begins - I know I'll be outside as much as possible!
Ok I'm curious... When does school start for you?

ReplyDeleteI love your Friday Fours! I start school on September 2nd. I will be a senior this year, which is exciting yet nerve racking simultaneously. Hope you have a wonderful Labor Day Weekend. :) Enjoy your junior year; it is highly rewarding.

P.S. I have been in Martha's Vineyard for the past two weeks working at a local brewery. You should add MV to your bucket list. It is a gorgeous place to vacation.
Great post! I would love to see an in-depth school supplies post!

Your Friday Fours are always the best. The picture of you and Fran next to the Plaza Hotel is gorgeous. Good luck with junior year, I just graduated college and it's been a whirlwind adventure so far.

Junior is definitely the most challenging year, but you'll get through it! Good Luck!
