Last week I was feeling adventurous and decided to try out a yoga class at a different gym with my friend. I haven't done yoga in the longest time because my favorite instructor doesn't teach at times that fit my schedule, and I was spoiled with having such an incredible teacher that I didn't want to learn from anyone else! But, like I said, I was in the mood to try something different so I went to the class and loved it. It felt so good to stretch and relax a bit, showing me that trying new ways of exercise can be really fun. On top of that, I've been wanting to test out some different kinds of workout classes because they're so in right now. That being said, I did a little research and here are 3 workout classes I'm dying to try!
This one has been around forever, but somehow I've never taken the plunge and tried it out. I'm not the world's best biker, so this could either be way too difficult or help me build up my endurance. Everyone raves about spinning and it's benefits, making it a strong contender on my exercise to do list.
Barre is definitely a new-to-me workout but I think it would be super fun. This workout combines pilates, yoga and ballet moves to upbeat music to keep you motivated and energized. It's a more exciting version of yoga that is perfect for anyone in need of a little bit of flexibility!
Speaking of exciting, if you need some loud music to keep you going, then jazzercise is for you! This class is similar to zumba but has more routines and includes more jazz and pop music. I've never taken one myself but I have done zumba, and think this would be another great option if you're into dancing to break a sweat.
After testing a few new classes out, I could really turn into an even bigger exercise fanatic!
Have you tried any of these classes?
