Healthy Junk Food
There are few things that make me happier than indulging in a little healthy junk food. It may sound like an oxymoron but there are tons of yummy treats to try that will trick your tummy into thinking they are very naughty ;) Some of my favorites include frozen yogurt, a sliced banana with Hershey's chocolate syrup, an apple with peanut butter and this recipe I am dying to try.
Reality TV
I know, I know, "there's so many more productive things you could do besides watch reality tv!" But sometimes you just have to kick of your shoes and enjoy some good old television. No judgies! Some of my favorites include E! News, Fashion Police, Keeping Up With The Kardashians and The Hills, just to name a few. I only watch these shows when there is literally nothing else on because as my mom claims, they could "rot my brain"... Ok enough venting now ;)
Spa Night
My favorite thing to do after a stressful day (read: exam season) is to take a warm bubble bath. Ehem, citrus scented bubble bath included. Some other great ideas include giving yourself a mani pedi, a homemade facial or a massage with tons of lotion. Even playing around with a little lipstick and blush can be quite therapeutic!
