A healthy alternative to popcorn

Happy weekend loves!

Summer is starting to become visible on the horizon and that means one thing: finals. Ugh. It's my first year of "real" high school exams but we had them last year and I totally understand the horror. Studying every night in addition to homework? Not fun!

What makes the whole process easier, though, is being in a well rested, healthy mood. My concentration and energy levels are much better when I live a healthier lifestyle so I am going full force into healthy ways! Is it nerdy that I find it fun to be healthy? hehe

So... today I thought I would share with you a healthier alternative to the good ole' buttery movie theatre popcorn. It's a lighter alternative and still gives you that delightful buttery taste (and unfortunately, residue on your fingers). Ahhh.

Meet: Skinny Pop!

It's only 39 calories a cup and cholesterol, nut and dairy free!  (By the way we got the jumbo size as Costco-- normal bags aren't this big!)

For a little extra flavor I top it off with some Lawrys seasoned salt (pictured above). Mmmmm

Yummmm. Maybe I'll start bringing it to the movie theatre with me! The great thing about it is that you don't feel heavy and sick after eating it, like normal popcorn.
