**Excuse another non-Friday Fours post today... I wanted to share some 4th of July goodies instead!
It's absolutely crazy to me that the Fourth of July is on Tuesday! On one hand it feels like I just started my internship, but on the other it seems like years have gone by since I've been at school! Either way, the 4th is one of my favorite holidays because of all the traditional festivities, delicious food and beautiful weather. This year, I'm so excited to have my roomie, Caroline, coming to Milwaukee to spend the entire week with me! I cannot even contain my excitement until she gets here - it'll be so fun to have her on the holiday with us. Every year we go to a huge parade in one of the towns nearby (with ah-mazing root beer floats) and then head to our lake house to swim, have dinner and watch fireworks. Since we are actually selling the house at the end of the summer, this year will be extra special since it's our last one spending it there.
To celebrate our last year on the lake, we're going to go out with a bang (ha ha, get it?!) with tons of food, friends, family and fireworks. And what's a true celebration without a cute invite to send to everyone?! Through Paperless Post, I found the most beautiful online invitation to send out and I truly don't think it could be more perfect. Before my Aunt died, she always had blue hydrangeas at the lake, so this invite couldn't have been better. Isn't it gorgeous?
They also have this awesome feature where you can add it to your calendar, get directions and send the host a message.
I can't wait to use Paperless Post for more low key events when I don't have a ton of time to plan ahead and make invitations!
What are you guys doing for the 4th of July this year?
Have you ever used Paperless Post before?
Happy Friday!
xoxo
I LOVE paperless post! It is such a genius idea since no one really sends hand written invitations anymore and it is much more classier than a Facebook group. Have a great fourth!

That invite is beautiful, the hydrangeas really make the entire thing!

This is a great idea! I still absolutely love snail mail cards and invites, but this is the perfect thing for low key events!
