May Favorites

Some months I get in the habit of using the same products as usual, but others I try out new ones and find new favorites. May was definitely one of those trial months with different items and I have to say, I have become obsessed with several new goodies! 

+ Beats Pill
I'm not really one to buy big ticket items like an expensive speaker because I often find lesser expensive alternatives that work fine. However, at prom I won this Beats Pill Plus and OMG am I obsessed with it. I listen to music while I'm driving and while I'm in the shower, but now that I have this speaker, I listen to it almost 24/7 because of how convenient it is to switch it on and play Pandora. If you're a big music lover and are looking for a great quality speaker, I cannot recommend this one enough.

+ Steel Cut Oatmeal
I never used to be a big breakfast person because I never had the time to make something I enjoyed eating, but recently I have really gotten into these steel cut oatmeal packets. All you do is pour one in a bowl, add a little water, pop it in the microwave and eat it! I like adding a tiny sprinkle of brown sugar and some berries to make it a little sweeter and more filling. If I'm in a rush, I pour it into a plastic cup and bring it in the car with me.

+ Lemon Hand Cream
Funny story.... I actually bought this for my mom for Mother's Day and stole it from her a few days after :) The lemon scent is out of this world and I've never had a Bath and Body Works lotion that hydrates like this hand cream does! I'm going to have to stock up on this scent for college because I can't get enough of it.

+ Marula Oil Hair Treatment 
I was sent this hair oil a few weeks ago and I've quickly fallen in love with how hydrating it is. My hair is notoriously coarse and dry so this was the perfect treatment for it. You only need a few drops to instantly get smoother hair. I was also gifted the Awapuhi Wild Ginger Texturizing Sea Spray and I actually ended up liking the oil a little better! I don't often curl my hair so I didn't really have a consistent need for it, but if you have wavier hair I recommend trying it out!

+ Tory Burch Wrap Bracelet
I bought this bracelet on spring break while I was in Los Angeles after having had it on my wish list for a few years. I couldn't be happier to finally own this beauty - it adds the perfect touch to any stack with its fun metallic sparkle yet simple gold color. It's definitely an investment but so far I've gotten a ton of wear out of it!
