Recipe: Brussel Sprout Chips

I have been in such a cooking mood lately and have loved trying out new healthy recipes that I found on Pinterest, other blogs, etc. One that I came across a while ago and that I have made over and over is these brussel sprout chips. I didn't think I was a big brussel sprout fan, but when they're crispy and in chip form, they're actually really yummy! They're so easy to make and only take a few minutes to prepare. I highly recommend them in place of a carb at dinner or as a snack during the day!

{Mini brussel sprouts work well - rinse them off and place them on a cutting board.}

{Chop off the bottoms and peel the leaves off.}

{Place wax paper on a baking sheet.}

{Toss the leaves with olive oil, salt and lemon.}

{Pop in the oven for about 7 minutes until crispy brown and enjoy!}

Have you ever tried brussel sprout chips?

  1. I cook my brussels sprouts very similarly, but I cook mine in a cast iron skillet in the oven and it gives them amazing flavor. If you have any cast iron, I highly recommend trying them that way :)
