{M&B} Christmas Cookie Exchange Recap

As the grand finale of our Merry & Bright Collaboration, Fran and I are both sharing a recap from the cookie exchange party she hosted at her house last night. I didn't take a ton of pictures because I was hella sick with a cold, but we snapped a few on her camera throughout the evening and we are so excited to share them with you! Frannie is such a great hostess - we were all dying over how lively she is when she opens the door to guests and welcomes them in her house. She and her mom (or Jules as we like to call her) are seriously so good at throwing parties and this mother daughter cookie exchange was no exception! Each mom and daughter brought 6 dozen cookies and after we mingled and enjoyed some appetizers, we all went around the table and took some of our favorite kinds. One mom is so talented at cookie decorating and made the most beautiful holly, stocking and mitten cookies I've ever seen, complete with tiny pearl sprinkles. Then, we sipped on hot chocolate with marshmallows and peppermint puffs and chatted until I had to duck out to continue studying for exams this week.

We really hope you enjoyed this holiday collaboration this past week - Frannie and I had such a blast putting everything together and are so sad to see it come to an end. Check out Fran's recap here!

In case you missed them, here are each of the posts we did:
+ Christmas Tree Shopping Outfit (my personal favorite!)

Just a reminder to fill out this form if you want to receive a holiday postcard from Fran and me!
Happy Monday and best of luck to everyone in exams this week!

  1. This sounds like such a fun idea, I would have loved to do something like this with my mom growing up!
