I'm always on the lookout for the latest fitness app and when my super healthy friend shared this new find of hers with me, I knew I had to give it a try. Let me tell you, it is by far one of the best apps on my phone. Often times, I want to do a quick workout but am too lazy to create something of my own or look for inspiration on Pinterest. That's where SWORKIT comes into play. It makes this seemingly daunting task simple because you are able to choose what type of workout (strength, cardio, yoga or stretching) as well as the amount of time. The app then shows a video of how to do each exercise and has a timer set up for you. It's so easy and makes planning your workout seem painless and fun rather than another thing to check off on your to-do list. One of my favorite parts is that you can set a reminder on your phone for a certain time everyday so that you don't forget to do an ab workout or stretch.
