Happy Wellness Wednesday! The other night, I was really in the mood to order a pizza but didn't want to eat something that was loaded with tons of calories, grease and cheese. While technically it was loaded with these three things, I opted for a healthier version from Pizza Hut: a spinach topped pizza! For some reason I never thought to order too many veggies on my pizza, but spinach ended up being so, so delicious on it. I've also had one with arugula and let me tell you, it was delicious. Since the summer time is often filled with pizza nights with friends or family, try asking for one with lots of veggies like spinach or peppers instead of the usual cheese and pepperoni. It may look super green, but it really tastes amazing!
Wish me luck on my finals late this week and early next... I can't wait to be done and be able to focus on citrus & style full time!
