After all the stress eating I have been doing, an ab routine has been a crucial part of my workout, especially since it's summer and bikini season is here! Instead of creating a long, drawn-out set of exercises, I have a short but what I think will be effective few movements that have really been quite easy to fit in my daily schedule. It takes under 10 minutes and I often do it while at home watching TV.
What I do:
50 Russian twists
30 minute plank, 3x
10 sit ups, 3x
Super simple and I actually get pretty sore from doing this a few days in a row!
