Lately, I've been trying to implement a daily routine that is quick and easy, yet still substantial enough to feel in my muscles the next day. This one I found on Pinterest is just that and I am
working on fitting it into my daily to-do list. I've found that eating a good amount of fruits and veggies, drinking a little more water and doing a bit more strength workouts can really make a difference on your mood! Now I just have to get myself to do this when I wake up... Not sure that's going to ever happen!
