Lately, I've been trying to implement a daily routine that is quick and easy, yet still substantial enough to feel in my muscles the next day. This one I found on Pinterest is just that and I am working on fitting it into my daily to-do list. I've found that eating a good amount of fruits and veggies, drinking a little more water and doing a bit more strength workouts can really make a difference on your mood! Now I just have to get myself to do this when I wake up... Not sure that's going to ever happen!
Sorry for the short posts this week - I'm busy studying for the ACT!
I'm interested to hear: do you have a daily strength workout you do?
xoxo
Love this workout! My daily (or almost daily) workout is 1 min plank, 30 sec side plank (each side), 50 squats, 50 lunges, 50 crunches, 50 bicycles, and some leg lifts. I always try to this before showering!

I definitely liked this pin when you repinned it because I really need to add strength workouts into my days. Running is the form of exercise I stick to constantly, but I'm trying to mix it up more as everyone says that's important. Thanks for sharing this workout!

This is such a great, quick little workout-you always have posts that motivate me to want to work out more so thank you!
