A Secret Fruit Salad Ingredient

Lately, I've been eating fruit salad like crazy. Instead of grabbing a cookie or chocolate, I have been trying to indulge in some fruit instead since you get a (somewhat) similar sweet taste. I get pretty bored, however, with plain fruit and decided to spice things up a bit by adding my new favorite fruit salad ingredient: a sprinkle of orange juice! Not only does the juice make the salad less dry but it also adds a great citrus flavor that is really refreshing and delicious. I highly recommend trying this out if you too want a yummy twist on a classic fruit salad!

My favorite fruit salad ingredients:
1 banana
a handful of raspberries
1 clementine
a sprinkle of orange juice

Have you ever tried a sprinkle of orange juice before?

  2. That's a great idea, I always keep orange/pineapple juice in the fridge (for when I just can't drink another glass of water or milk!) and I always have fruit on hand...this is the perfect dessert sub :)
