Lately, I haven't had much time to squeeze in workouts in addition to my tennis practices and matches. With the homework load I've had so far my junior year, I've found it difficult to squeeze in strength workouts while still spending enough time on my homework. So when I saw the Pre-Shower Workout idea on Pinterest, I knew I had to share it with you all! I don't know about you, but doing about 6 minutes of strength before you hop in the shower is not horrible, and really does pay off in the long run.
