I've gotten tons of requests to talk about my recently purchased Fitbit, so I thought I would dedicate an entire post to it! A few months ago I was deciding between buying the Fitbit, Jawbone UP and the Nike Fuel Band. I wanted something that could track my sleep, calories and steps, but also be automatically synched to my iPhone or laptop. And of course, it had to look appealing and not obvious that I was wearing a clunky tracker on my wrist. After much deliberation, I went with the Fibit Flex and am so glad I did. Not only is it slim and easy to wear (#navyornothing), but it has all the features I wanted and more. I'm able to set silent alarms so it vibrates to wake me up, double tap it to see how much progress I've made in my steps per day goal, and the app even lets you keep track of your food and water intake. It's all set up on an online dashboard which is easy to use (and visually appealing I might add!). I also love looking at the graphs of my sleep - they show when you were awake, asleep and restless, and then you can compare it to past slumbers from the week. I must admit, having a little tracker on your wrist really motivates you to get a few more steps in your day and get to bed earlier!
Now I'm really curious to know: do you use a fitness tracker?
