I've gotten to that point of summer where I don't even know what day it is anymore. Is it Sunday? Tuesday? Who knows! But one thing is for sure, the number of summer days left is becoming less and less, meaning we are getting closer to the beginning of the new school year (and I still have 5 books to read and 1 paper to write... eek). This has left me wanting to spend every minute of the remaining days to the fullest, whether it be sleeping in a bit later or making more plans with friends. I hope you've been enjoying everyday of your summer as well!

I got this striped tumbler at the stationery store I work at and I've been chugging water like crazy lately. It holds 35 ounces of water so you can bet that I've been getting more than my daily dose of hydration! If you're trying to drink more water too, definitely look into getting yourself a pretty water bottle to motivate you!

When I first purchased this skirt from J.Crew a few months ago (it's currently less than $25!!!), I had no idea how much wear I would get out of it. It's so simple and pretty and is easily able to be dressed up or down. I wore it one day and styled it with a silk top, necklace and heels for a business casual look, and with a lace tee and sandals for dinner a different day. I really recommend it in either navy or black for a versatile piece that you will wear every season!

Oh gosh, I am really missing New York right now. Here is a snap from the balcony at the Kate Spade store on Madison Avenue. Isn't it stunning? I would give anything to be back there right now.

Speaking of New York, the amount of ice cream and gelato I consumed in the four and a half days I was in the city is out of this world. It was a city experience I definitely didn't want to miss, but now I can't get rid of the cravings! Lately I've been eating way too much frozen yogurt, ice cream and gelato and have no motivation to kick the habit. Do you have any tips to crave less sweets? I'm currently at a loss!
Happy Weekend everyone!
