3 Workout Videos to Check Out

When I don't have time to workout or take a trip to the gym, I've been relying on youtube workout videos to get a little energy. I love how short and quick they are - perfect for a few minute break from doing work at my desk! 

Here are 3 videos (all from Tone It Up, my favorite workout channel!) that I've been using lately:

Yoga routine: 
perfect for after you wake up or to unwind before bed



Arms workout:
this will literally kill your arms (in a good way of course!)



Legs workout:
make those legs burn!

  2. These are good ideas! I'm especially partial to barre workouts, so I like Fitness Blender workouts, and PopSugar Fitness has great ones too!
