Friday Fours

Having been off for a few days now, it's difficult to keep track of which day of the week it is! I keep thinking I have school tomorrow - isn't it such a great feeling to realize you don't? As you probably noticed, I took a little break from blogging yesterday as a) I had a bit of bloggers block and b) I was too busy to write one. So, I thought a Friday Fours post was perfect to get back in the swing of things!

How could I not start off this recap with a mention of Christmas? I hope you all had fabulous holidays and relaxed, eating way too many cookies (I know I'm a little too guilty of that...)! I decorated some gingerbread men for my little cousins to eat on Christmas eve and thought they were too cute not to share.

I'm so grateful for all the fun little things I received for Christmas this year - especially my new perfume (hellooo signature scent)! I've gotten some requests for a "what I got for Christmas" post and wanted to see if you were interested. P.S. The Gwyneth Paltrow cookbook is already my favorite one I own ;)

:: three ::

After having dreamed about this striped vest forever, I finally scooped it up with some Christmas money. Can you say beau-ti-ful? Ugh it's too perfect and I'm so excited to style it for an upcoming outfit post!

:: four ::

Lastly, as if people haven't been saying it enough, I ate quite a bit this past week. Between the endless batches of cookies, french toast and chocolates, I have been nothing but sluggish and tired. I can't wait to get out my new cookbook and whip up some healthy recipes to get my body back into its energetic self! I think a few new workout routines and recipes are in order for 2014 - what do you think?
