Exercise for the Busy Girl

To be completely honest, my exercising lately has been nothing shy of lazy. (If you read this post, then you probably know what I'm talking about...) Now that my tennis season is officially, 100% over, I have to get back into my gym routine and start preparing for lacrosse in the spring. Plus, after eating so much Halloween #guilty it feels ah-mazing to sweat it all out! Exercising gives me just the energy boost I need to finish off the day, but who says it always has to be an hour workout at the gym? Most often I don't have that time so I did a little research and found a perfect routine for the "busy girl"!

I'm going to try this one this week and see if it's manageable, meaning possible for the non-runner ;)

If you have any workout routines that don't require lots of time, leave a comment below!

  1. I try to multitask with my exercise when I'm running low on time. I'll go to the gym and walk at an incline for half an hour while watching the news on my iPhone (keeping up with current affairs is a big priority for me!) so at least I'm moving during that time. Otherwise, I schedule my gym classes and make them a priority - the less 'free time' I have the more productive I am with my remaining hours.

  2. This is a really good idea! I am constantly busy and I struggle to get some good exercise, but this is a really great simple routine :)

  3. I despise running and would rather work out doing something else but this actually seems manageable... great idea.

  4. I try to get to the gym for a workout class at least twice a week, but I'm always happy to find new home workouts too! I'm definitely not a runner, but this seems doable :)
