Being the avid exerciser I am (something about the summer just gets me moving!), I love learning new tips and tricks that can improve my workout and day as a while. So when I stumbled upon this word of advice, I knew I had to share it with you all! My absolute favorite smoothie that fits in with this post-workout idea is the Strawberry Banana smoothie from Starbucks. Literally the best thing ev-er!
