2 Delicious {and Healthy!} Summer Treats

Hi everyone!

Like a lot of other fellow bloggers, I have dedicated this summer to having a healthy lifestyle that includes fun workouts and delicious food. After all, I feel much much better when I am healthier!

While it may seem lackluster to stick to nutritious foods, I have found 2 yummy desserts that will trick your brain into thinking they are unhealthy!

Grapefruit slices

Even though grapefruits are known for being better in the winter time, they seem like such a summer fruit to me. I have been slicing grapefruits up and eating them like crazy. The sweet, sour and juicy combination tastes absolutely amazing. They are perfect for a quick breakfast, a snack or even a little dessert! And hello, citrus!

2:: Froyo topped with fruit

Ok, I'm a little late hopping on the frozen yogurt bandwagon but I can't get enough of it lately. I love getting either chocolate or vanilla (in this picture I got chocolate vanilla twist!) and topping it with fresh fruit. My favorite froyo place by my house (5 opened up in the last year...) is a bit pricey but it is so worth it.
