DIY {Scalloped Stationery}

Happy Thursday my dears!

It's no secret that I loveeee me some {Design Darling}. So when I saw this scalloped noteset, I went bonkers. Scallops are so in right now and I cannot get enough of them!

I really love the noteset, but they are a teensy bit pricey. Yes, they are beyond adorable, but it costs $9 to have them shipped plus the $16 for the actual stationery.

Then, I had a brilliant idea. Why not make them myself?

Here's what I did:

Remember those fun scissors you had as a kid? The ones with the zig zagged and scalloped edges? All I used was a pair of the scalloped edge ones and some large index cards.

Carefully cut around the edges.

And viola! Super easy and they are the right size to pop into an envelope for thank you cards or to write a cute note.

And the best part? You only have to buy index cards or cardstock. So much cheaper!

Have you ever tried this easy DIY?
xoxo,
cYa
