Friday Fours

¡Feliz viernes!
Even though this week was a pretty light one homework wise, I'm so excited it's the weekend because I have some fun things planned (like finally going to the art museum for the first time in so many years). I'm also going to be sure to get on a better sleep schedule because no matter if I have tons to do or not, I can't seem to get to bed at a decent hour. I will definitely be that senior going to bed at 9:30 pm if possible, thank you very much :)

The recent temperature drop yet lack of snow (the blizzard the news was predicting turned out to be a long rainy day, ugh) has me wishing for summer. I think living in Wisconsin has finally got to me because when it's cold outside and there isn't snow, I just don't see the point of winter. Hey sun, where are ya?

::two::
I made the most delicious cauliflower rice on the blog this week and highly recommend making it for lunch or dinner this weekend! If you're scared to substitute delicious carbs for a vegetable (trust me, I was too), give it a go because I actually really liked it once I added a little bit of soy sauce. From now on, I'm going to try alternatives to my favorite unhealthy foods - ice cream is going to be my next experiment!

::three::
Pink + white + fur = my new favorite combination. With Valentine's Day right around the corner, I've been loving the excuse to add a little more pink into my wardrobe. I think an all pink shopping guide is a must post for next week, don't you?

::four::
It's no secret that brunching is one of my favorite parts of the weekend, but it's gotten so expensive going to fun restaurants with my friends every time I crave a pancake or waffle. Last Sunday, I discovered a box of multigrain waffles in my freezer and decided to top them with a few things and voila! The most delicious at-home brunch that was completely free. Now I'm dying to throw a brunch at my house one weekend... perhaps I'll add it to the Senior Year bucket list :)

Have a great weekend everyone!
xoxo
